WHO I AM

I'm a Mom of 2 teens, full-time teacher and Certified PersonalTrainer that will coach, train, and support you to take your health and wellness to the next level.

I've taken everything I've learned from working full-time (22 years) as a Physical Educator, Health Teacher and Coach (along with being a Certified Personal Trainer, competitive runner
(Boston Marathon), and triathlete (Ironman 70.3) all while raising 2 children.

I'll give you the trainings, coaching, and answers you need so you too can find a balance and make a difference between your own health and your family! My program is designed with your TIME in mind.
