What if I don't have a piece of cardio equipment?
YOU can take us OUTSIDE to walk/run/bike by using your phone and downloading the ZOOM APP!

How do I join the LIVE workouts?
Download the ZOOM APP on your phone or create an account on your favorite electronic device. You will find the link to class in our PRIVATE Facebook Page

What do I do on the days we don't have class?
I will post a 30 minute workout option for you to choose from and encourage you to listen to your body!
